Your firm's data

In shortYour firm's deal records are separated from other firms' workspaces. Access by Amaya and its service providers is limited to the purposes described in our Privacy notice and customer agreement.

Inside your firm, roles decide who sees what: admins set up the team, analysts work the deals, partners approve at the gates, and committee members review the pack. Founders work in a separate workspace and see only what they share and the messages you send them.

Who decides

In shortAmaya recommends. A person moves every deal at every stage, and every decision is recorded with who made it.

Anything Amaya is unsure of goes to a person instead of being hidden. Every finding links to the page or cell it came from, so a decision can be traced back to its evidence.

Encryption

In shortData is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Team members sign in using a link sent to their work email.

AI processing

In shortAI and voice providers process the documents, transcripts and audio needed to deliver the service. See our Privacy notice for how that data is used, shared and retained.

Provider access, training restrictions and retention periods are described in our Privacy notice and customer data processing agreement.

Interviews

In shortLily tells everyone she is an AI before the call. Nothing is recorded until the person agrees.

The call is recorded and transcribed. The audio is not kept after the transcript is made. The transcript is shared with the firm that requested the interview and kept for up to 12 months. Amaya and its service providers process the data as described in our Privacy notice. More in AI and recordings.
